Heidi is a versatile artist who draws inspiration from her lives in Kenya, Italy, and Sweden. These three unique environments have not only challenged her to adapt to different cultures but have also served as a source of fresh ideas.

In Kenya, Heidi explored screen printing on textiles and created grand murals adorning hotels, lodges, and public buildings.

In Italy, she focused on painting and participating in exhibitions. The country’s rich artistic heritage and breathtaking landscapes have inspired her to explore various forms of artistic expression and share her work with a broader audience.

In Sweden, Heidi has primarily worked on design projects, particularly in the souvenir industry. Here, she has created products and textiles celebrating Swedish culture, focusing on Vikings, Sámi traditions, and rock carvings. Combining traditional and modern design elements has been an exciting challenge, resulting in a remarkable textile collection in collaboration with Ekelund.
