Welcome to Horred and Ekelunds Linneväveri. Here you can visit our factory shop, which offers a wide range of our current textiles, second-quality items, and discontinued collections at discounted prices. We also sell other interior design products and collaborate with Sätila of Sweden and Horredsmattan.

Right next to the shop, you’ll find an exhibition showcasing our long craft history. If you’re curious to see our weaving in action, you are welcome to visit the weaving mill. After your tour, feel free to stop by our café for a meal or a coffee break.

  • Weaving Tour

    The weaving tour is a highly appreciated experience. You can follow the entire process, from yarn to finished textiles. Walk through the factory at your own pace, guided by our production team, who are happy to answer questions about the different stages of modern weaving.

    Opening hours: Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
    Groups of 15+ people: Please book in advance.

  • Café

    Indulge in a delightful coffee break at our café. Enjoy cookies, pastries, or light meals in a cozy corner perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

  • Bus Tours / Groups

    For larger groups, we offer inspiring talks about our work here in Sweden's textile hub. The presentation is followed by a weaving tour, starting at our oldest Jacquard loom from the 1850s and continuing through today’s Swedish textile production.

  • Play Area

    Let the little ones explore and play in our charming farm-themed play area. A safe and creative space where kids can have fun while you enjoy everything our store has to offer.

  • Museum / Exhibition

    During your visit, you’ll have the chance to dive into Swedish textile history. Adjacent to our store, you’ll find a small museum where you can learn about Ekelund’s long-standing heritage, see old looms, and view historic photos. This slice of cultural history is as important to us as continuously innovating and developing our products.

Weekdays: 11-17
Saturday: 10-14

The café closes 30 minutes before the store.

Please note that there are no weaving tours on fridays, weekends and public holidays.
