When will my order be dispatched?

Most often your order will be packed and shipped the same day (weekdays) as long as your order is placed before 12.00. If the order contains an out-of-stock product, we will notify you of an estimated delivery date by e-mail.

Is it possible to change delivery address?

If you have chosen to pay with anything other than card payment, you cannot change the delivery address. If you have chosen a card payment, you can contact our customer service immediately and we will help you. If your package has already been delivered from us, we will not be able to change your delivery address.

When will my refund take place?

After we have received your return and approved it, we will initiate a refund that takes approximately 5 business days.

I have typed the wrong email and/or phone number, how do I change it?

Contact our customer service and we will help you.

Where is my invoice?

The invoice will be sent out to your email address, after we have delivered your package from our warehouse.

What do I do if I regret my purchase and want to return the goods?

Package the goods well, fill in the return note and put the return label on the outside of the package and hand in to a delivery point. If you use the sent return label, you will be charged 55 SEK afterwards (does not apply to damaged or faulty goods).
