Karin Mannerstål
Karin Mannerstål is a versatile designer who thrives across a range of different materials and mediums. Her professional career began as a graphic designer at the advertising agency Hall & Cederquist in Stockholm, where she spent many years.
An unexpected opportunity arose when she was asked to try filming for the TV program "Äntligen hemma" on Swedish TV4. Karin took on the assignment, and it resulted in a successful tenure that spanned an impressive 19 years.
Since then, Karin has chosen to work as a freelance designer and focuses on a variety of projects in colour and form. Her work encompasses everything from interior design to the creation of furniture, rugs, and objects of all kinds.
It's worth noting that Karin has a personal connection to Type 1 diabetes through her son Alan.
