PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choose to pay by card or via Klarna. With Klarna as a payment option, you can choose to pay directly, with an invoice or to use partial payment. You can find any costs for the various payment options on Klarna's website here. If you have questions regarding your payment or refund, we recommend that you first contact Klarna. Click here to access their customer service.

REFUND

Once you have made a return, it can take up to two weeks from the time you have sent your return until we have received and registered your return. If you have chosen a payment card as a payment option, we will refund you within 14 days after you have sent back your order.With Klarna as a payment option, it is Klarna that takes care of your payment back, in the case of invoice payment, the amount to be paid on the invoice is adjusted. 

DELIVERY

From our central warehouse in Horred, we deliver your order as soon as possible after we receive your order, this means that we usually ship it the same day or the day after. You will usually receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on your choice of delivery method and if the ordered items are in stock. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of a new estimated delivery time via e-mail or telephone.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Deliveries are made with PostNord. You can choose to have your delivery delivered to PostNord's delivery points or directly to your address. It is important that you enter a mobile number so that PostNord can notify you via SMS when your order is available for collection at their delivery point. If they do not get in touch via SMS, you will be contacted by email/avi.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost to agent: EUR 7.50. For unclaimed packages we charge SEK 150 to cover our shipping and administration costs, so pay attention to notifications regarding your delivery and collect the package within 7 days from the delivery date.

OTHER DELIVERY ADRESS

If you want the package to be sent to another address, you must state this when ordering. For other delivery addresses, you can only choose card payment.
