CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and sent back well packaged.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of the day you receive or collect your order. To make a return, use the return form that comes with the package where you simply fill in your order number and the reason for the return. Pack the goods well and attach the enclosed return label to the package. When you submit your return, you will receive a delivery receipt. Keep this until you have received a return confirmation from us. We recommend that you send the product back in the same packaging in which you received it, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A RETURN?

If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for the return cost, which is SEK 55. This cost will be adjusted when you make a refund. In the event of a complaint or delivery of incorrect goods, we are responsible for the return cost.


HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you chose when purchasing. When you have returned your purchase, we will make your refund through our payment service provider within 14 days of the day you notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund before we have received the product back or before you have shown that you have sent it to us. Complains

MY PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED IS BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received a broken product, you have the right to complain about it. If you want to complain about a product, we recommend that you contact our customer service by calling 0320 - 20 90 00 or emailing info@ekelunds.se. You can also send the faulty product directly to us by using the return form that you receive with your order. Fill in the return and complaint form with your order number and reason for complaint. Then pack the broken product well and attach the enclosed return form to the package. Remember to pack the product well! When the product you are complaining about has been examined and we have determined that the complaint is valid, we will compensate you.


DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?

When you make a complaint, we are responsible for the return cost.


FORCE MAJEURE

We are exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on an extenuating circumstance as set out below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the fulfillment. Extenuating circumstances shall include, among others, measures or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, for example restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the operations.

In the event of a dispute with private individuals, we will follow the decisions of alternative dispute resolution bodies. To access the alternative dispute resolution body in your country, click here. In Sweden, you can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN), www.arn.se. You can contact ARN by sending a letter to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. As a private individual, you also have the opportunity to complain via the EU's online platform for dispute resolution, which you can find here. Regardless of what is stated above, any disputes can also be resolved at any competent court in the country where the customer is domiciled.


RESERVATIONS

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping costs will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering. The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and condition of the goods are reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice. Ekelund, Linneväveriet i Horred AB reserves the right to make any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. TEXTILES WITH SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE

When purchasing Ekelund products that are delivered with shrinkage allowance, your item will be larger upon delivery than after washing. Our textiles shrink after the first wash. The size stated on the product label is the size that your item will be when washing recommendations are followed. Should the item become smaller, please contact our customer service for a possible return.
