The design studio Björk-Forth has been run by textile designer Magnus Fortmeier since 1997 and is based in Borås. After years of collaboration, it’s always exciting for us at Ekelund to receive new collections from Magnus.

Magnus loves experimenting with colors, but his heart beats especially for graphic patterns in black and white. These simple yet powerful contrasts appeal to him and leave room for imagination to flow. Everyday life provides a source of ideas, but nothing beats the beautiful nature and garden surrounding his summer house by Lake Tolken, just a few miles from Ekelund in Horred.
